Does my client need to create an account?
Not really — the first time they open a review link, an account is created for them automatically in the background. Returning clients just get a magic link, nothing to remember.
Does my client need to download an app?
No. Listening, commenting, and approving all happen right in the browser, phone included.
How do file requests work?
You can start a mix project, then send a file request, with custom message, to anyone via email. Your recipients can click on the link and see your name and the project title. There, they can upload files and attach their notes (optional) all without signing up or signing in.
Can clients submit project requests?
Yes. Opusonix has a Project Planner feature which you can use to quickly create tracks or album projects. The Planner feature can be shared publicly with your clients, so they can submit project requests by themselves. Project requests contain project title, overall notes, individual tracks, and they can upload files for each track. Once you review and accept the project request, you and your clients are both in the workspace already with automatic email notifications, so everyone is ready to move forward.
How is Opusonix different from Dropbox, Google Drive, or project-management software?
