Welcome to Opusonix (https://opusonix.com), a service operated by NOTES 17 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our web-based application, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using Opusonix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Opusonix is a collaborative review and approval platform for audio engineers, producers, and clients to share and review final mix materials. Access to the Service requires registration and creation of an account.

The Service is available to the general public, including professionals such as audio engineers, composers, and artists. Use by individuals under 13 is prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Management

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

You may delete your account at any time through your account dashboard.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload, post, or share any illegal or unauthorized content;
Harass, abuse, or harm other users;
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service or its components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in unlawful or abusive behavior.

4. User Content

You may upload content, including audio tracks and review notes, to your account. All uploaded content remains your intellectual property.

We do not claim ownership over your content. You retain all rights to the material you submit. Your content is private by default and is not made public by us. We do not modify, edit, or otherwise interfere with your uploaded content.

5. Payment and Subscription

Opusonix offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase or as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all software, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content) are the exclusive property of NOTES 17 LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our branding, design, or software in any manner not explicitly authorized in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Please review our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We collect your email address for identification and login purposes. We use cookies and Google Analytics for site functionality and usage insights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

You may terminate your account at any time via your account dashboard.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [insert your state, e.g., Indiana], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
