That’s why we’ve introduced new Opusonix features designed specifically to make music project collaboration faster, smoother, and more efficient for both engineers and clients.
1. Push Notifications (Desktop & Mobile)
Stay in the loop — instantly.
You can now receive push notifications when:
A new chat message is posted in your project
A project changes state
Someone uses Notify Team
Just head to Project Settings → Enable “Receive Push Updates.”
This works both ways — your clients can enable it too. That means they’ll know immediately when a new mix is ready, and you’ll know the moment feedback comes in.
2. Automatic Change Summary (Smart Notify Team)
No more manually listing what you changed.
When you:
Add a new track
Rename a mix
Leave comments
Make other project updates
Opusonix automatically tracks those changes.
When you open the Notify Team panel, your recent changes are pre-filled into the Custom Message field. Edit if needed — or send as-is. It’s a huge time saver.
3. Seamless Email Integration (Reply-to-Project)
We’ve made email communication dramatically smoother.
When you send an update:
Collaborators receive an email with your custom message
The email includes a direct link to the project
They can reply directly to the email
And here’s the magic:
👉 Their reply automatically appears inside the project chat stream.
No copying and pasting. No missed feedback. No fragmented conversations.
Even better:
Their reply triggers a push notification (if enabled)
The entire conversation stays organized inside the track project
Your clients can continue using email however they prefer — while you maintain a clean, centralized workflow inside Opusonix.
