Opusonix August Update: New Playlist Sharing, Track Management, and Collaboration Tools

Opusonix August Update: New Playlist Sharing, Track Management, and Collaboration Tools

Since launching on July 28, Opusonix — the audio collaboration and music review platform for producers, engineers, and artists — has introduced a wave of new features to make music feedback and sharing smoother than ever.

Here’s what’s new:

More control over your audio

  • Track owners can now decide whether collaborators can download audio files.

  • Tracks can be marked as rejected without losing attached comments, and all rejected tracks can be cleared in bulk.

Better commenting experience

  • On-track comment threads can now be minimized, deleted, or edited by their author.

  • When adding a comment during playback, audio stops exactly at that moment for precise feedback.

Improved visual and creative flow

  • Drag and drop images directly to set album artwork, project artwork, or the project editor background.

  • Loading progress for audio files is now visible, making large uploads easier to track.

Playlist upgrades

  • Playlists can now be copied or shared directly from the project editor.

  • A new share sheet supports X (Twitter), Facebook, and email with pre-drafted messages.

  • Browser themes now match playlist backgrounds in supported browsers for a more immersive look.

Streamlined workflows

  • Fewer modal popups when deleting tracks, albums, or creating playlists — actions are now faster.

Bug fixes & stability

  • Fixed an issue where on-track comments may be doubled in some cases
  • Improved handling when inviting collaborators.

  • Enhanced error management in the Dashboard.
